** You will not be able to log in and access the new site UNTIL JUNE 1st**  

Effective June 1, 2026, Maine State Housing Authority will no longer support the Partner Portal site for landlords currently receiving Housing Assistance Payments (HAP).  We are pleased to announce the launch of the new MyHousing Landlord Portal. 

All landlords previously registered on our Partner Portal will need to register as new users on the MyHousing Landlord Portal.  To get started you will need your Tax ID number and an email address to complete a self-registration process.

If you are a property management company, this change will affect all properties you manage, contact us at hcvfinancial@mainehousing.org for information about setting up access for multiple properties.

A letter with this information was mailed out on May 15, 2026 to all landlords.

Are you looking for a way to fill your vacant unit(s) with potential Section 8 tenants? Email your name and contact information to us at Section8HCV@mainehousing.org. 

 Please include the address, bedroom size, rental amount and utility structure of the vacant unit. We will then be able to refer voucher holders who are searching for housing in your area to you.

The information regarding payment to landlords on behalf of tenant rent subsidy reflects activity that MaineHousing's computer system has generated.
